How to Order
We aim to make buying Bolivian green coffee simple and accessible. Most of our coffee ships from our warehouse in Hunts Point, in the South Bronx of New York City; a few partner lots are held in a partner warehouse in New Jersey. Here's how it works, from first contact to delivery.

Ask for our offer sheet
Email us for our current offer sheet. It lists every lot in stock with its region, producer, processing method, cupping notes, quantity, and price per pound. We'll also add you to the list for future shipments.

Place your order
Email us your selection, quantity, and delivery address. Ask for samples if desired. We'll confirm availability and send an invoice with all the details.

Selecting Delivery Option
Most lots ship from our warehouse in Hunts Point, in the South Bronx of New York City. Pickup there is free, Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 6 pm, and we can also schedule and coordinate delivery across the NYC metro region for a small fee. Some lots are held in a warehouse in Edison, New Jersey; pickup and delivery for those are coordinated per lot, and we'll confirm the details when you order.

FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
One bag. That's 30 kg for our own imported lots, and one 70 kg sack for partner lots.
How is pricing calculated, and what does it include?
Prices are quoted as a flat rate per pound, ex-warehouse (EXW). For our own imported lots, that rate covers sourcing, financing, transport from Bolivia, packaging, export and import costs, insurance, quality control, and storage. Partner lots already landed in the US are quoted ex-warehouse from where they're held; we'll spell out exactly what's included when you ask.
Delivery is charged on top of the per-pound price and varies by location and quantity.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Yes. We keep samples of every lot in New York. We can send them green, or roast them on our IKAWA sample roaster so you can cup them straight away. Tell us which lots you're evaluating.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is required in full before the coffee ships.
